Life

I will run the race and never grow weary.
Climb the mountains that block my way.
At the top I will shout my victory,
and at the foothills respect my mistakes.

Brokenhearted and torn the war rages on,
the storm clouds block the path before me.
As I struggle on you light the way,
through the dark places you carry me.

Bright as the sun I rejoice in the day.
The aire and the clouds and the dew and the rain.
The night is no more, rejoice oh my soul.

For no fear,
no doubts,
no regrets,
Will lead me astray.
